Multipliers compound on order points: at 2×, a $100 order earns 200 points instead of 100 points.
Questions
How do I join?
There's nothing to join. Points collect on the email address you order with. Sign in with that address to see and redeem them. We email you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.
I ordered without an account. Can I still get the points?
Yes. Your order confirmation page offers them: sign in with the email address on that order, within 30 days of paying, and the points are added to your account. Orders placed while you're signed in collect them on their own.
When can I use my points?
Order points become available 30 days after payment. Review and birthday points are available straight away.
Do members earn more?
Yes — 2× the points on every order. When we run a points event, its multiplier applies on top of that. Review and birthday points are the same for everyone.
How does redeeming work?
From your account, in steps of 100 points. Each step adds $5 of store credit, which comes off your next order automatically at checkout.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points sit on your account until you redeem them, and the store credit you turn them into doesn't expire either. If that ever changes, we'll say so here first.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points stay on the account that earned them, and the store credit you redeem is used by that account at checkout. There is no way to move either to another person.
Can I use store credit with a discount code?
Yes. Store credit is a way of paying, not a discount — so one promotion or code applies to the order, and your credit comes off the total after it. Gift cards work the same way.
What happens if I return something?
A refund takes back the points that order earned, in proportion to the amount refunded: half the order back, half its points back. A chargeback takes back all of them.
What if I'd already spent those points?
Your balance goes down as far as zero and stops there — never below. We never take the difference out of points you earn later, and store credit you have already redeemed stays yours.
Does my review have to be positive?
No. Every approved review earns the same points, whatever the rating.
Why add my birthday?
We add 100 points on your birthday each year. We only ask for the month and day. A new or changed birthday needs to be on file for 30 days before it earns points.
